A photo dated February 1934 showing houses in Henderson's Lane, South Shields. Henderson's Lane was a lane that ran off Hill Street which was by Middle Dock shipyard in East Holborn. The tiny house in the foreground was probably home to ten people. Photographer J.H. Cleet, South Shields.
