I read this and was appalled how can girls as young as 9 possibly be able to give consent, this is consent to allow men to rape girls, totally disgusting, Iraq has not improved, none of the countries like Iraq, Afghanistan and the like have improved, in fact I feel that they are all regressing back to the dark ages, but we still allow young men, of probably like minds, no respect for women, to enter our country unchecked.
