I haven't read the article, but have watched the news reports...
So if an arrest warrant is issued for "War Crimes", the leader of a government can be arrested because civilians are killed......
War is NOT that clinical, whereas you only kill combatants....
So where do we start? Ceasar? Wellington, Napoleon? Churchill? Thatcher? Blair...OK, I would arrest that puppy tomorrow!
But you get my point?
