I agree it is wrong. They should have been made and erected by a UK company. A lot of research into wind turbines was done at ETSU ( energy Technology Support Unit) for renewable Energy at Harwell. Was it not , that all work had to be allowed to tender in all EU countries and they had to take the best tender., which never seems to be the UK as winners.
