The photo could be quite deceiving as the door height may be low and the young lady yes tall and slim.
My Grandfather was b 1886 and 6’ 6” similar to his father. His youngest brother 6’ 3” ish, sister 5’9” and smallest brother 5’6” as far as I can determine.
In those days people did tend to be shorter BUT a lot of Scots Army regiments there was a height requirement which was high but cannot find the info.
I think that these days the minimum height is 5’ 3” or thereabouts.
Back in the early 1900’s a lot would depend on food quality and amount as well as who your parents were.
