There were a few, these are some names that I remember being told about:
The Wardley
The Albion
The Quay Tavern, also used to be known as The Cromwell, I believe that was in the 1980’s but this pub has mostly been known as The Cricketers.
The Bricklayers Arms, this was in the area known as Jonadab.
Burton House, also in the Jonadab this was early 1900’s.

I am sure there are probably more, maybe Mac C or Allan Campbell can think of others?
