From the questions asked I soon realised that it was a waste of time.
They wanted someone who would fit into their system and not find fault ( rock the boat) with how it worked or staff that were not doing their job type of thing.
My job before the interview was a bit of a high pressure one and I think that my application showed it and that’s why there were so many there.
Before the questioning had finished I knew that I would not be offered a position nor would I have accepted it without a lot further thought.
Maybe I would have took it as a short term money solution ?
To be honest I would have been a square peg in their round hole as I would probably found ways to speed up their systems having done that in my old job 3 or 4 times.
That’s my recollection anyway.
