Hung on the call waiting lists for about 1 hour had tried 3 numbers.
Eventually got through to some chap but could not understand him voice pitch no good for me ignoring that he was not a U.K. person.
I would have thought that when you get a series of options there would be one for cancellation. In most cases the call would be very short.
They kept asking for a patient number ( not got one, paperwork long gone I assume)
I gave name and time and department. With that info all they have to do is go onto the appointment spreadsheet to locate the appointment.
To me they could have cancelled the appointment within 2 or 3 minutes.
