Why is it so hard to get an appointment with your GP ? Woke up this morning with severe chest pains which lasted about 15 minutes, tried to get an appointment, like asking for Gold, first told to apply on line, then after waiting for someone to answer their phone told someone would phone me back later today. Suspect they hope you will either give up or go to A & E to sit and wait for hours before being seen by overworked and stressed NHS staff, a total disgrace.
