You are correct Alan. The GP services is out of date. I’m not defending the GPs but since the Eastern Europeans were allowed to move to the UK there has been a none stop queue of family’s every week joining GPs surgeries. In my town there are four surgeries and they have been overwhelmed. In our surgery alone one of the receptionists told me it was usually eight or nine families registering. We are still having more legal and illegal immigrants. How can the system continue. Surgeries are a business and they have to pay their staff nurses, physiotherapists etc and any doctor employed on a salary rather than a partner. Then the building maintenance.
