Just had a phonecall from my cousin Gordon Telford in Washington (5 miles from Hebburn) to say our Christmas Card we sent them on the 16th Dec has just been delivered today.
He said at Christmas he said to his wife Marjorie 'It's strange we didnt get a card off Norman & Joan this year'.
I wonder if this kind of bad service happens very much? Imagine if Hospital appointments were going astray for instance?
