My history with Royal Mail is not great at the moment I Have a claim with them, I purchased an electronic item from eBay on the 3rd of December 2024, waiting for this item asking the seller where it was, seller saying delayed finally I contacted PayPal to step in on 30th December, received an email saying it was delivered and signed for ( yes signed for) problem was, I was not at home and my house was empty at that time, the seller even showed a scribble signature, obviously not mine, I am now going through the process of investigation with Royal Mail filling in forms (very tiresome task) oh yes and hanging on their helpline phone for over 40 minutes, the big question is if this was my regular postman and needing a signature they would have taken to back to their hub and left a message, alas none of these, so see what happens. will I trust Royal Mail again or buy from Amazon?
