Maybe later on but that photo is when horse drawn trams were in use.
The Market Square used as a turning point maybe by just going around it. How were they turned around at the Pier Head?
To physically move the horse shafts from one end of the Tram to the other, very doubtful but it depends of the weight if the shafts. Without a track layout we’ll never know.
