What amazes..stuns..intrigues me is if I ring my Doctors clinic to get an appointment to see my GP, I get the ""press 1 for... press 2 for..."" etc. etc.
but if I hang on I can speak to the receptionist and actually ask to see my GP on a specific day and time slot........ then about an hour later I will get a message on my phone asking me to confirm whether or not I'm going to attend that appointment......Didn't I just call you and ask for an appointment ?? !!
