I very nearly saw my doctor last October. She rang at 9.45am to say I had an appointment with her at 9.30am. I told her no one had contacted me with an appointment to see her. Before I could say anything else, she abruptly sad will transfer you to the receptionist and she will give you an appointment with a nurse. She was always very nice, she just sounded fed up.
