Anyone see the Lions head but once seen it may change to a bears head.

It could be what became to Walker Navel yard on the left.

There are no stern lights on the towing tug nor that being towed.

Other things make me think it’s a doctored photo.

I doubt that you could take a nighttime photo of moving ships back in those days, I don’t think there was film suitable back then. But you never know.
