Good photo Norman, however it points out one thing that probably living in Crawley Ave. I was remote from the rest of Hebburn and before moving away was not involved with anything other than the Scouts.

The Crawley Ave Area was like, a village on its own until the council housing started to be built 50’s.

Any free time once started working was in the main attending college so that’s 1957 to 1968 when moved away.
