That’s a first step Mac however you may need more to take your mind off things.

OK it’s easy for me to say that but I remember when Dad and then Mum died unexpectedly three weeks apart in 1984.

The shocked of that screwed me up big time. However having to sort things out quick and sell the family home, push came to shove.

Family a great help, but they are grieving as well so you need outside or other things to help.
