It is only a scam Allan!! They are only after your money!!
It is relying upon panic by someone receiving it and following the instructions thus falling into the trap.

But please do scan your system for the malware which may be responsible. I cannot tell from the overlayed screen shots whether a security system has already detected it but I do not see any evidence of Apple having done so.
