To be honest judiciary should not be allowed to be involved in asylum claims, a panel of experts from the Home Office should be the people deciding on each individual case, if the application is rejected only one appeal should be allowed. If asylum seekers arriving have destroyed their papers under no circumstances should they be considered for asylum, this information should be given in no uncertain terms to the asylum seekers who are waiting to board dinghies in France, maybe this might be a small deterrent. Countries should be forced to take back their citizens once asylum claims have been denied, any country refusing should have all Aid given to them stopped.

The whole situation is totally out of control now, pussyfooting around has to stop, if this means that asylum seekers are dissatisfied then so be it.
