It’s amazing how stupid people are especially when they follow the likes of YouTube etc, I have been reading that the latest lunacy, via TikTok, is that fools are dropping heavy weights onto their feet, can you imagine the damage that can do, but hey don’t worry it is what TikTok tell you to do so you follow it exactly!!!
