One Wonders what if Russia invaded the Chagos Islands

One Wonders just a thought, how would Trump act if Russia invaded or indeed purchased the Chagos Islands, the exchanging of these Islands seems to be very relevant to Russia comrades China either one could move in, what would President Trump and JD do then ,two very similar situations all for peace at a price or power, just wondering.
