Second look at the picture, the girl
looks to be wearing dark coloured stockings with the flap of her coat looking like a bare leg, looks like she is wearing a skirt. The guy on the bike obviously distracted to his right but his direction of travel looks good. Nothing wrong with your observation Allan.p
