There were two very brave ladies skinny dipping at Beadnell Harbour entrance on Saturday, locals as they walked back into Beadnell.
There was a Paraboarder taking advantage of the strong winds the same day.
Over the last say 4 years or more, I have noticed a powered Hang glider flying in the area. He ( I assume that is a He) flying the up the coast over Beadnell Bay. He seems to go north around 11 am and back later in the afternoon. No idea where he’s coming or going to it’s just like a daily commute in summer.
He was flying on Saturday.
Last Wednesday the RAF Typhoons were in action presumably using the Otterburn ranges.
The chap that was a member of the Showaddywaddy band appears to be still around as his house in Beadnell not changed at all.
The ponies back on the dunes between Seahouses and Beadnell there is at least 4 of them.
Very few campsite open as yet, could change at the weekend I think.
On Saturday all car parks in the area were near full, just the occasional slot vacant.
