High pitched voices yell with delight
Hello Grandad with all their might
Heads are turned in my direction
To view the object of their affection
I can’t deny it,I swell with pride
Elated to have them by my side
Old age may have its compensations
But best of all are young relations
To life they add a fresh dimension
Innocent joy,and lack of tension
Relax,enjoy them while you may
For sure they always make my day
