AJG, sadly it is true. The sentencing council have told judges, to give lighter sentences to Minorities and trans people, over white men. The Lord Chancellor has asked them to reconsider, but they said no. It’s two tier justice and already happening.. she plans to overrule their decision. Let’s hope she does. K
