My partner is now home after 3 months in hospital so they sent a zimmer frame with her. She already has one so I told them to take it back but they refused saying "she has to have it". Tomorrow they're still delivering another piece of equipment which we already have and again, they refuse to take it back. We can't give it to a home on the grounds of "health and safety" ! No wonder the NHS is in dire straights. The waste is disgusting...
