Ed Milliband is a disgrace

Energy secretary Ed Milliband has been to China & ordered Solar panels for English schools and hospitals
He has a £180million project to install rooftop solar panels on 200 school buildings and almost as many NHS sites.
Asked why British (superior quality) solar panel are not being purchased ?, Milliband spluttered ‘Our solar panel industry has not got this kind of share of the market.’
Asked if the panels will come from China or Russia, he said: ‘Some will be from different countries,’ (That reply means they could be from Russia)
So this so called 'Labour man' doesnt want to help our British workers so he passes all that work on to China instead.
