I knew little Jimmy Thompson (from Tweed St Barratt's) very well as he lived 2 doors from us in Grasmere Rd. He used to cut hairs at home on Sundays so I often went there for a haircut.
His daughter Margaret was a friend of my late sister Marian. There was an older daughter Muriel.
