My friend who is originally from Hebburn reminded me yesterday of our Good Friday memories . Church in the morning, then following the Marches, was it to the Hebburn Cemetery, I’m not sure. New dress, blazer and sandals even if it was freezing. Such lovely memories and painting the hard boiled eggs. Nothing at all on TV about the Christian Good Friday. All other religions are recognised on our local TV.
