Brian, it needs someone with determination to get in with the job, so much wastage, so many none jobs that kind of thing a complete overhaul, centralise ordering that kind of thing.

My cousin was telling me that his granddaughter is just setting out to be a nurse, it will cost her nearly £30k, that money will need to be repaid, for the life of me I can’t understand why nurses can’t be trained at the tax payer cost as at the end of the day we need nurses, if the tax payer funded training then I think a nurse should guarantee that he/she will work for the NHS for a certain period of time if they decide to go off and work in another country or work in the private sector then they should be struck off, if they don’t want that to happen then they should reimburse the tax payer all costs.
