Just been reading that M & S have admitted that the Cyber Attack they recently had had resulted in customer information being hacked, they are no2 telling customers to change their passwords in their accounts - why leave it so late to advise people to do this, I changed my password on hearing about the attack. You would think in this day and age better communication with customers woukd beca good idea.
