Brian, I think that is exactly what is happening, I read quite sometime ago that abandoned holiday camps, like Pontins, were going to be used to house migrants, I am sorry but I really feel that the accommodation given to migrants is far to generous, old military sites should be used. I know local residents would not be pleased to have migrants roaming round their towns and villages, but military sites are big enough to allow migrants to be able to wander round the site to get exercise.

The asylum seeker applications for Asylum could be heard at the camp in a prompt manner, refusals could then also be dealt with quickly, this nonsense about using 3 and 4 star hotels at our expense is totally unacceptable and should be stopped immediately.
