Makes you wonder who's running the show (counci) at South Tyneside, they have just started pulling up the pavement,s outside Colmans fish shop one of the busiest down there renewing all the pavement,s just before the summer holidays,does no one on the council have the common sense to wait till after the summer, or am I missing something.
