I read about of an Iranian Christian living & working in the UK and if he goes back home eg to see his parents he could be arrested by the State's Religious Police and killed.


If you Google about Christianity in Iran it says that thousands of Iranians are converting to Christianity.
These people are brave because in Iran, the Christian faith is only tolerated to a certain extent, primarily among historical Armenian and Assyrian communities. However, converting to Christianity from Islam is considered apostasy and can lead to severe punishment,including death.
