Absolutely Liz. All Political Parties/Police Forces/Local Authorities share the blame and there are only a few people who "blew the whistle" who can at least say "we tried but were ignored".
These are the folk deserving "honours" not b***** footballers, so called stars and other random clowns elevated to the House of Lord, chosen, it often seems, for their inabilities!!
