What street is this in Gateshead?

I've just bought this Postcard because I thought I knew where it had been taken ie Coatsworth Road in Gateshead.
But I now think I could be wrong.
Anyone recognise the Street.
That shop right looks like its ??? W wilson.
I cant make the first name out. It could be Howard or Harold.
