Can anyone access Irish records?

My irish Great Gran Rosena Campbell was born in Leitrim Ireland 1844.
Her family came to Scotland about 1849 because of the Potato Famine. I would like to know were they from County Leitrim or the town of Leitrim?. I know she had a brother William & a sister Bridget? Could they have been RC?
