years before they went, unfortunately Starmer is not what I would have hoped for. Most PMs manage to upset a portion of the populace, he has managed to upset most of the population, that takes some doing. There's no dynamic there, no emotion, its as if he's just going through the motions. Badenoch is clueless and because of thst he's had a relatively easy ride at PMs questions. The cabinet is a group of yes men which let's be honest isn't unusual whatever the party.
When you look at parliament I would say the quality of our MPs has never been worse. I would say we would struggle to put together an effective cabinet with every MP in the house available. The economy is in the pan , it doesn't help when we have a group of toothless regulators that seem to back the money grabbing utility companies again and again. We have the most expensive utilities in Europe and neither this government or previous have/had done a thing to alleviate this. The MPs aren't affected by this as their bills come out of the public purse, until they feel it in the pocket in won't be a priority. I will be surprised if Starmer lasts his term, he'll be gone I believe by the end of the 3rd year unless he starts delivering for the country and I cannot see that coming.
