Years ago a fella living near Heworth Golf Course called Hartmann started a Wardley Msg Board so I began helping him with photos. I also recommended a Wardley Historian to him so he was getting photos & info from that man aswell.
Then Mike Ellison who ran the original Hebburn.org site started getting Trolled by some nutter and after Mike's detective work we found it was Hartmann.
So I stopped helping Hartmann & so did Gordon the Wardley Historian.
To get revenge on us Hartmann started making up vile rubbish about me & Gordon & putting it on Face Book. My sons use FB and told me they had seen what he'd made up and wanted to know where he lived. They tried to get these lies taken down unsuccessfully & Ive heard some of his vile is still there today.The good news for me was when I heard the nutter had died maybe a year ago.
That is why I never go on FB & prefer this one.
If anyone posted vile on here it would be removed asap & then we'd ban him or her.
Once stuff is on FB its there for ever apparently.
