The whole San Jose / Silicon Valley corridor is really built up now all the way up to San Francisco and there is so much traffic!
Fort Ord is gone from the Monterey area since the 1990s, and there is a University and lots of new housing there now.
I have lived here since 1999. It's a really nice place to live but very expensive!
