I think the date of 1960's is a bit off, Norman.

Looking at the cemetery (between D & B) you can clearly see the allotments, below it and to the right.

These were cleared, for the building of Toner Avenue, Johnson Avenue, and Queens Crescent, where I was born in 1956...

And I'm pretty sure I wasn't born in a potting shed!

So the date is probably early 1950's....
