We tend to use a butcher rather than a supermarket, there's a very good butcher in Corbridge who always gets our custom if we are up that way. The venison you know about, I have another due at the end of November. I tend to have an early start if I want fish and have a trip to the fish Quay at North Shields. A pork butcher is hard to find now but I remember Gustards in Hebburn a very good pork butcher.
