Sorry girls. Almost anything goes these days, but I know what you mean.

Clothing used for work should be sort of proper but you never know.

Some males wear shorts and they shouldn’t, poor legs type of thing. The worst ones also have pot bellies

Some females just put themselves on display if you know what I mean, let’s say no taste, not acting their age etc.

A trip up to Newcastle on a Friday night in the pub or nightclub areas appears to be a bit shocking judging by the News.

However we are looking from an old perspective.

When it started to warm up earlier in the year I was into shorts. I only wore trousers for working in or required leg protection.

My shorts just put away a week or so ago. Ready for next year.

Until about 3 years ago there was an old couple in their late 70’s shopping in Harrogate. Both dressed to the nines, always a pleasure to see. Regretfully they are no longer about.
