I attended the opticians beginning of tge past week for my annual eye check. During the examination it became apparent that my right eyes vision was blurred with missing and distorted text. He stopped the test and suggested I contacted my GP and visit the eye dept at the RVI.
As it was late in day I attended the dept the next day. After various examinations, photographic examination etc it turns out I have two holes in the macular region of my eye and will require surgery. My left eye had compensated for the right eye sight wise and I was unaware of the problem.
