If you get cartridges from Cartridge World they I think tend to be genuine refurbished cartridges. I used them a lot but they closed here some years ago so bought on line compatible ones.
The price for compatible cartridges can be half the price of manufacturers ones. Of course it depends on of how much printing to do. I used to do a lot but not now.
So you need to check what’s available etc. plus price. It could be very area to area.
