Just came across this story about Honey.
Thinking about it, how can bees make enough honey to supply thousands of Supermarkets in this country alone?
Beekeepers advise that if you need honey for its health & nutritional benefits steer well clear of supermarkets where it should really be labelled 'Honey flavoured syrup'.
In the UK, if 20% is Honey then its legal to call it Honey. BUT what is the other 80%???????????
