Hi NormanI I can see behind the Hebburn Ferry Landing where bits of timber have been washed up This is where we young lads and lasses would go to harpoon and gather lumps of wood as described in one of my past stories .Pehaps you my be able to recall it Not in the1850s my time mid 1930s Cheeres
