We are lead to believe judges are chosen by independents, but who chooses the “ Independents” . It’s all a game. When the inquiry into the time leading to the Iraq war. The judge chosen was a retired Northern Ireland judge, very much loyal to the crown. Mr Blair asked if he could be relied on and was told totally. And it came out a whitewash.
