Norman, these two cases of immigrants murdering, are a tip of ice berg, I agree that all resources, including are armed forces. But Russian measures of assisting the armed/criminal gangs makes it a europe wide or even wider issue.
I agree our children and communities and resources to deal with these issues are not enough, more is needed maybe a Goverment of National Unity but none of the current parties or politicians gives confidence in unstable world.
